Term & Conditions

 
  1. As per our policy we take 20% payment as an advance, 60% payment on or before the wedding/Pre wedding and 20% payment at the time of delivery (Album & Videos).
  2. Clients have to select the photos within three weeks from the date of photo delivery for the album process.
  3. The soft copy of photos will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days from the date of the last event. 
  4. The 20% advance will be forfeited if the client has canceled the booking for any reason after blocking our dates. 
  5. Clients have to provide the travel cost for the outstation events.
  6. We will coordinate with any one person in the family to give better services, more than one person will not be entertained.
  7. The photo/video content will be added in our portfolio (website and social network).
  8. All the photo/video content will be copyrighted by camera freak productions.
  9. Clients have to provide accommodation & Food for outstation events.
  10. Video duration will completely depend upon the footage we get in the function.
  11. Vidai will be covered from the wedding venue only.
  12. Vidai from home & Home entry will be covered with the extra charges.
  13. Our coverage time limit is 6:00 A.M, after that Rs. One thousand per person, per hour will be applicable.
  14. Please cooperate with the team for better output. 
  15. Any outdoor coverage will be subject to the weather.
  16. Drone will fly in the permitted areas only with friendly weather conditions. If clients insist us to fly the drone, under any unfavorable conditions then the damages will be borne by the clients only.
  17. Post production will take at least two & a half months from the wedding day. *
  18. In case of requirement of the team prior to 5 P.M of sehra bandi ( if the same is not included in the package) then it will cost additional 5000 Rs per traditional camera person without any negotiation.
  19. Delivery will be made after receiving the remaining amount or the client can pick the same from our office.
  20. We expect full cooperation & support from the clients in cases like technical errors and glitches and other related circumstances appear during the project.
  21. If the client will not select the photos or doesn’t approve the album till the time of the video delivery. He/She has to pay the rest amount. 
  22. Taxes will apply on the total amount as applicable slabs.
  23. Payment will be accepted by cash, UPI & account transfer.
  24. All cheques will be made in favor of CAMERA FREAK PRODUCTIONS.
  25. All disputes are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction Only.
  26. Its Clients responsibility to introduce the team with their main family members (to whom to focus).
  27. Changes can be done in the video within one week after delivery.
  28. Food for the team will be provided by the client during the shoot. If the client denies for the same then the team will arrange the food by themselves and the bill will be paid by the client only or that would be added into the remaining amount.
  29. Any addition in the team/deliverables will cost extra.
  30. After one week of this email any alteration in the functions, requirements & request for the cost cutting will not be entertained.
  31. Clients can give their song suggestions before video editing.The song will not be changed in the teaser/pre-wedding after editing. (If client wants to change the song in the teaser/pre-wedding than the standard editing charges will apply)
  32. The photo, video and other delivery will take place in one go, separate delivery will not be done, if clients want the video first then all the remaining balance needs to be clear first. 
  33. Video editing process will take place after receiving the album selection, the album designing and video editing process will happen simultaneously after receiving the photo selection.
  34. Client needs to choose the album design from the samples(we would share the link for choosing the same) first then the album design will take place at our end. 
  35. The album design can’t be changed after designing, if the client wants to do so, standard designing cost will apply apart from the package cost.
  36. Only one time change is possible in the album and videos, So we request you to please check the same carefully and share all the changes in one go.
  37. One day pre wedding shoot needs to be covered in a day only, if the client will not cooperate with the team and the shoot will not complete in a day and they look for the shoot next day also then the standard shooting cost will apply for the second day.
  38. Function date/time change at the last moment will not be entertained and the stranded function coverage cost will apply. 
  39. Photo/Video raw data will be in our archive till one month of delivery of the complete deliverables, after that any claim will not be entertained against the data.
  40. If the client will not cooperate with the team and not give any attention to the team then the team will shoot naturally and later on the client can’t object to that.
  41. The client will be only responsible for playing the pre wedding photo/video in the wedding or other ceremonies 
  42. We would not be responsible for the quality and clarity and compatibility at the time of playing the content at the venue in case of 3rd party devices and screens.
  43. We only can give the pre wedding edited data before the wedding. After that, the client will be responsible for playing it in the wedding or other ceremonies.
  44. If the 60% payment will not be made till 6 P.M on the wedding day (by when the time team will reach the Home/venue) then the coverage will stop immediately (without any notice).
  45. If the client does not pay the remaining amount and does not take the deliverables after 10 days of completion of the work then legal action will be taken against the client.
  46. After 48 hours of the delivery of pre-wedding any changes will not be entertained.
  47. If a client does any misbehave or creates trouble then the booking will be canceled from our end and we will refund the advance amount and the booking agreement/email will be null and wide. (if this will happen within one month of the wedding then the amount will be forfeited and all services will be canceled/stopped immediately from our end.
  48. if client wants to postpone the wedding due to any covid situation or any pandemic condition,then we are completely flexible with the same but if the client wants to cancel the booking, the advance booking amount will not be refunded, It can be adjusted into any other event booking within 6 months of the first booking date.
  49. Delivery will happen in Delhi NCR only otherwise standard delivery cost will be applicable.
  50. All of our calls with clients are recorded for quality and insurance purposes.
